Abgesehen von Kofferschleppen in den 6. Stock ist das Appartement ein wirkliches Schmuckstück, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig, hell und wirklich charmant. In wenigen Minuten an der Sacre Coeur, direkter Metroanschluss und Lebensmittelläden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin unkompliziert und sympathisch. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris kommen, dann werden wir uns wieder einmieten.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und trotz sehr zentraler Lage war es angenehm ruhig.

My husband and I rented this apartment for 12 wonderful days in Paris. The apartment was beautifully furnished with much care taken to ensure that everything was just perfect! The owner was fantastic when we met her, very helpful with tips, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was extremely comfortable and the special welcome coffee pods, water and chocolate was a treat. It was definately worth climbing to the 6th floor. The area is very quiet as well. Thank you!

Close to the Metro and good restaurants

Very nice and well equipped flat. Easy access from airports (RER-train to Gare du Nord) and metro station (Marcadet-Poisonniers) just few hundred meters away. Of walking distance from Sacre Coeur etc. Friendly and helpful owner providing Nespresso-coffee, chocolate and water and even offered to send back piece of jewellery that was accidentally left there. You need to be fit or travel light to be able to climb the 6 floors to get there. But then you have the best airy and lightened flat of the whole building.

L''appartamento è bello come e più delle foto. E' silenziosissimo. L''attenzione e la cura posta dalla proprietaria sono notevoli: sembra di arrivare nella nostra casa. C''è tutto per un soggiorno senza pensieri, ed i sei piani a piedi non si sentono affatto. Non vediamo l''ora di tornare."

Accueil chaleureux, appartement agréable, très propre, décoré avec sobriété et goût ce qui lui confère du charme. L''équipement est adapté (là aussi de qualité et très propre). Le calme est appréciable. L''emplacement facilite des déplacemnts dans Paris et à l''extérieur (Versailles, aéroports..) car direct avec les gares et d''accès rapide au RER. Et puis le soleil éclaire les pièces le matin (vus sur les toîts)

Very generous extras by the landlady: chocolate, water, beer as a welcome extra; free coffee (Nespresso pads in different flavours). Very very clean appartment, freshly renovated. Very tasteful, modern furnishings with nice accessories. No problems at all. Water pressure could have been a little bit more, but that is common to most of Paris' old buildings.

Apartment Eugene Sue was great, the furnishing has been done with great taste, and after a heavy day Paris nice to come home in such a fine apartment. We liked the details like chocolats, flowers and nesspresso coffee. The bed in the sleeping room was fine. A very bright and clean apartment.

The apartment is beutifully decorated and equiped with absolutely everything one might need during the stay. It is positioned in the courtyard apartment building thus is away from street traffic and is very quite. Owner put a lot of thought in every single detail making the apartment absolutely adoring. It has one room with kitchen, dining area for 2 and pull-out sofa, bedroom with queen size bed, two nightstands, shelves for clothes and LCD TV. Bathroom is simply and elegantly designed. Apartment has free WIFI. Landlady is very nice and speaks English. Apartment is located 2 min walk away from metro station.
