The apartment was excellent it had great authentic character and was ideal for our family of five. The surrounding area was beautiful only 5 mins to the heart of St Germain and Notre Dame we enjoyed walking around the area. The owner was exceptionally good, helping with luggage, giving us advice on local amenities and helping arrange transport back to the airport. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift and that is the only downside as everything else was superb I would definitely use again.

Great apartment in a great location. Its only 2 minutes to Notre Dame, and St Michel is on the main Metro line to Gare Du Nord and Charles de Gaulle airport so easy to get to. The St Michel area is great with loads of restaurants and shops, set in very quaint narrow streets. The apartment is on the top floor and so is quiet, however you do need to walk up the steps (so no good if you need disabled access or a lift). The Louvre is only a 10-15 minute walk, Musee D'Orsay approx 15-20 minute walk and we also managed to walk along the Seine to the Eiffel tower (approx an hour walk - but very pleasant along the river). The apartment has loads of character and is ideal for a small family (5 of use stayed there, 2 adults and 3 children). It has two internal mezzanine floors with beds (which the kids loved), a double bedroom and a sofa bed. However for two couples you may want more privacy if staying for more than a couple of days. In summary we would highly recommend the apartment.

The property was very lovely with excellent amenities. The owner was extremely polite and helpful, which improved our experience. The five flights of stairs was hard for carrying luggage, but that was ok, as the owner assisted us on our arrival. It would have been nice to have some washing powder available in the apartment on arrival, as a nearby supermarket was initially hard to locate. However our overall experience was very good and we would definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends.

Bel appartment, bien aménagé, bien équipé et très bien situé. Accueil chaleureux. Tout est absolument parfait. Il y a même un certain charme à devoir monter les 105 petites marches de bois pour y accéder...

Excellent location on the left bank, 400 metres from Notre Dame Cathedral. Well appointed apartment on 5th floor. Owner very helpful.

Très bel appartement. Proche du métro et au coeur de saint Michel. Je le conseille vivement !! Le seul point négatif est qu'il est au 5ème étage sans ascenseur mais le charme de l'appartement nous le fait vite oublier.

Appartement très satisfaisant, propre et conforme aux descriptions. Proximité métro. Pas de bruit. Seul point négatif, 5ème étage sans ascenseur.

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect. We were surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants, and were only a 2 minute walk from the Seine and the Place Saint Michel. The owners were very nice, and they even showed us around the neighbourhood after we checked in

The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean, tidy and comfortable. It was also quiet. Thank you. If there is any downside it is the 5 flights of stairs _ but that is not necessarily a bad thing after all the croissants.

The appartment was perfect! clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The check-in / out process was easy and simple. The owners son was very nice and very helpfull. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

The flat was WONDERFUL! The family who own the property are very kind and helpful with everything. It is very clean and comfortable, and so close to EVERYTHING. Very beautiful.

Great host, the owners took very good care of us - one of them was very helpful when we arrived, even with the luggage. check-out service was great as well - overall, a great experience! We will for sure recommend the place and would come back at any time. (How was your stay?) Absolutely fantastic, the apartment is a gem, we liked to stay there very much. (How was your stay?) Very enjoyable thank you. Lovely owner came to meet us when we were confused in the middle of Paris on arrival (much appreciated). Fantastic location. Very stylish apartment - photos on website don't really do it justice. We loved the atmosphere and the palm tree light was very popular, All the beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed (actually the sofa bed was the best bed!). My daughter really appreciated being able to 'phone home for free to check on her pets. And it was spotlessly clean and very quiet. I would have appreciated the option to pay for a cleaning service on leaving, however, rather than have to spend the last evening of my stay cleaning up (there was a %u20AC75 charge if the apartment wasn't clean on leaving but this is clearly priced as an incentive to clean rather than as a service) - I feel a %u20AC25 optional cleaning charge would have been reasonable. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because everything was so satisfactory and straightforward when we got there.
