The communication from the owner was excellent. All communications were answered promptly. The apartment is in an excellent part of town making it easy to explore the city sights. Everything is so close. Train and bus are just on the doorstep and if you are a keen walker it's a great starting point. Really loved our stay there and actually extended our time. Thank you to the owner. You made the stay stress free.

Appartement très bien situé, en plein quartier latin, proche métro/RER. Idéal pour découvrir Paris et beaucoup plus pratique qu'un hôtel pour une famille de 4. Accueil très sympa à l'arrivée. Térasse qui doit être agréable l'été.

Es un bonito y cómodo apartamento. A algunas personas les puede molestar el ruido del bar que se encuentra justo debajo de este, porque en las noches como hasta las 12 hay mucha gente reunida, generalmente estudiantes.

Buscamos un apartamento en París bien situado para que nos resultara más fácil visitar todas las atracciones que la ciudad puede ofrecernos. El piso nos sorprendió gratamente, muy bien equipado, cómodo y muy buen precio. Además, el dueño del piso siempre estuvo a nuestra disposición para cualquier duda o problema. Nos ofreció una lista de restaurantes próximos y consejos. Una elección totalmente recomendable

The flat is cosy and charming, very stylish, a real parisien flat with a wonderful, huge terrace giving on the street with a slight view of the Luxembourg Garden. It was a real pleasure to stay there. The surroundings are perfect with shops (butchery, greengrocery, cheese-store, bakery) and really good transport facilities.

This room was excellent. Most importantly the property 'managers'- Ivo and Ivan were incredibly kind. Even though we checked in late, they waited for us at the appartment. All the rooms were bright and very clean, and having an outdoor terrace was fantastic. The location was also close to all the central locations. We will be staying there again...

Très joli appartement et un accueil parfait.Le quartier est idéalement placé dans Paris. Seule réserve et de taille pour nous la terrasse :plus de pare vue donc beaucoup de vis à vis, parasol cassé.nous garderons tout de même un bon souvenir de notre séjour.pour des jeunes qui sortent tous les soirs cet appartement sera parfait.

Small, comfortable, well located. Outside terrace is really nice to have for this price in Paris. Unaware until arrival that the property is directly above a bar, but noise levels OK when windows shut. Will use again in future.

Apartamento muy bien situado, cómodo y práctico. El propietario muy amable, nos ofreció información completa y su ayuda. La terraza estupenda para desayunar y cenar. Un barrio muy parisino, con abundante comercio y animación.

Good location, just a few blocks from RER Luxembourg and Metro Cluny. The apartment has a large and comfortable living room and a delicious balcony. The washing machine was very useful.

The apartment is very well located, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. It has all the necessary equipment for a short or longer stay. Only a coffee maker fouls. There is a huge and very inviting balcony, wich is very rare in Paris. It is located on the first floor, and downstairs there is a bar, which runs until late at night. This is not a big problem, actually, because almost no noise is heard if you keep the windows closed. However, for people seeking an extreme quiet place, perhaps it's not the ideal. Anyway, the apartment is very good and I highly recomend to everybody.

Cosy, pleasant place, centrally located and in a lovely environment. All you need for a pleasant stay in Paris. Very friendly welcome and helpful support from the owner. We will go there again!

la localizacion es estupenda, el apartamento esta bien, solo un poco anticuado el portal con olores en el mismo, pero que no llegan al apartamento. todo bien.

Estuvimos una famlia con 2 niñas pequeñas y destacaria la terracita para desayunar , el wifi y la zona centrica. Lo unico que la cama de la habitacion principal era un poco pequeña y el baño tambien pero estuvimos a gusto

Teníamos que dormir en el sofá cama del salón, pero finalmente era un colchón inflable. Para nosotros no demasiado cómodo. Probamos con el sofá cama pero era peor, y el colchón estaba sucio. Es un apartamento ideal para una pareja, pues tiene una habitación, pero no para 4 personas.

La entrada al edificio no es linda , la calle es relativamente tranquila ya que hay un bajar justo al lado . Dentro el apartamento es silencioso .

The owners of the apartment were great, they responded to our e-mails quickly. They had a map of Paris there when we arrived. I appreciated that there was paper towels, toilet paper, and some laundry soap also. The other two apartments we stayed at in France and Spain were not as organized. The only thing I would say is that the apartment is small, it was perfect for three people but four would be crowded. Our stay in Paris was wonderful, we really enjoyed the apartment. The location was very nice. There is a great patisserie and cafe close by. It was only one metro line to take from the airport, and then a 5 minute walk to the apartment from Luxembourg Station It's lovely to be able to sit outside on the terrace.

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating (our flight was delayed by three hours and we arrived at check-in late, but this was not a problem. (How was your stay?) Very good, apartment was very central (only 2 minutes walk from the Pantheon and the Luxembourg gardens and metro station). (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because very efficient booking service.

Apartamento perfectamente amueblado y equipado. Localizado junto a la parada de tren de Luxemburg, muy centrico y bien comunicado con el aeropuerto CDG y con los pples puntos de interés turístico de París. Su propietario, se mostro siempre atento y bien dispuesto ayudar con todas las cosas que le pedimos. Definitivamente volvería a este apartamento. (¿Volvería a usar nuestros servicios?) Sí, porque fue muy fácil la reserva y encontrar la información sobre el apartamento, ya que la web de feel paris cuenta con una completa y detallada información de todos los apartamentos que ofrece. Así mismo el equipo de att. al cliente respondió con mucha rapidez a mis dudas y fueron muy amables.

(How was your stay?) We really had a pleasant stay and a wonderful time in Paris. The apartment was very close to the RER station and in our way from the airport we only took one line to get to the apartment. In general the neighbourhood was quiet and we had all the necessities needed very close to the apartment. (Would you use again our services?) Because the value for money meets my requirements.

We had a wonderful time in Paris and the local was perfect. Apartment was very comfortable but a little small for 4 adults but we really had no complaints. (How was your stay?) Great, no complaints. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because we had the most fantastic rep , we cannot speak highly of him, he even recognized us on the street while we were looking for the street, we called him on Sunday morning as we knocked out the Electric and he was with us within 30 minutes of calling,courtesy, kind and willing to help no matter what we asked. You are very luck to have Ivan and I mailed him to thank him, so please tell him again he made our stay very special.
