How to book your accommodation in Paris

How much do I have to pay to book an accommodation?

To book your accommodation in Paris, a down-payment must be paid to feelparis.com: 12% to 20% depending on the apartment. The % of the down-payment appears clearly in the apartment description. The payment can be done by Credit Card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD) or Bank Transfer (depending on the total amount).
On a second step, the owner may ask for a direct payment of some part of the remaining balance.

Prices include VAT?

Yes, prices includes VAT.

Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?

Bed linen and towels are provided by the owner in all of our apartments in Paris. There is no extra charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Booking fee to FeelParis:
• We give you back the down payment minus 90 euros (for administrative charges) if you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to the day of your arrival.
• We keep 100% of the down-payment if you cancel reservation less than 60 days prior to the day of your arrival.

Direct payment to the owner:
Depending on the owner, cancellation policy can change. Please contact our customer service for further information.

What is the security deposit I have to pay on arrival?

You will be asked for a security deposit against possible damages made during your stay, before your arrival or at the check-in. The payment mean ( Cash, Credit card, Travellers Cheque..) will depend on the owner.
If there are no damages at the check-out, you will get the security deposit the day of your departure.

How do we get the keys? How do we check-in?

Generally the keys will be given to you directly in the apartment. The detail of check-in process will be given to you in the Final Confirmation Notice that you will receive by email after the down-payment.

At what time can we arrive?

Official check-in time is from Monday to Saturday, between 3pm and 7pm. Depending on the owner, check-in time can change.
A late check-in after 7pm, on Sundays or bank free holidays can be charged with an extra fee of 25€ to 65€ depending on the apartment and owner specific conditions.

At what time do we have to leave the apartment in Paris?

Normal check-out time: between 10 and 11a.m at the latest(depending on the apartment). For a late check-out, please contact the owner.

What is the minimum stay?

For each accommodation, there is always a minimum number of night to be paid (2 to 7). This minimum change according to calendars and date of booking.

If we check-in/out a Sunday or French bank holiday? Is it possible? is there an extra cost?

Check-in and check-out on Sunday or/and French bank holiday could be subject to an extra-charge of 25 euros to 50 euros depending on the apartment. Please contact us for further information.
