This studio of 30sqmts has recently been renovated and decorated with several tasteful paintings, objects and design furniture. The main room has a lot of natural light all day long thanks to the two large windows. The living room has a dark wooden floor and is composed with a comfortable lemon double sofa bed, and a beautiful double bed: a big curtain separates the room in two to preserve your intimacy. A little round carpet on which there is a wooden coffee table, and some plants are in front of the sofa. Several lamps and mirrors will add light and space to this main room. Chests and built in cupboards are also provided to help you to order your personal effects during your vacations in Paris. The television per cable has also a DVD player. You will appreciate the internet connexion during your stay in this holiday accommodation. A little dining room has been arranged with a table with 4 chairs so you will enjoy cooking and dining in your French pied-a-terre. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, 2 electric hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware and cookware. The little bathroom has a large shower, mirrors, sink, toilets, and a hair dryer.

The apartment was so convenient, at bottom of the hill from Sacré Coeur, which we could see from our window. The arrangement for checking in was great, we called Pierre from the Gare Montparnasse where we left our rental car, and he was there to meet us when we arrived at the apartment. (Would you use again our services?) : Great. Although small for four people, we were not in it a lot as we were sight-seeing and shopping. It was comfortable and so convenient to the two Metro stations, and we even walked to Gare du Nord for the train to the airport for our departure. A supermarket was just around the corner, and many other food outlets nearby. The noise of happy tourists from outside didn't worry us, and we could block it out completely if we closed the windows. (Would you use again our services?) : Yes. Because we had booked an apartment in Saint Germain through you last December, and then in April we were informed by you that you were no longer handling that apartment. You offered us a choice of other apartments at a good price, and we chose the above one, which turned out to be very good, and in a different area from which we had stayed in Paris before. The deposit on the first apartment was refunded almost immediately with no problems.
