The boat is an original Dutch barge, built in 1897, that arrived in Paris in 1991. However, it is still seaworthy. In 2003, the owner has completely renovated the interior and the exotic wooden deck.
The boat is ideally located in the historical heart of Paris and moored on the left bank of the Seine. Located at a few steps from the Botanical Garden and 15 minutes walk from Notre Dame Cathedral, you are close to all major museums and monuments of Paris.

The 646 sqft apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
There is a wooden floor in the lounge and dining room. There are two Indonesian comfortable armchairs, a coffee table and a sofa. The dining room includes a folding table with six chairs.
There are 4 sleeping possibilities. Two bedrooms in the back with each one a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. An enclosed cabin with a double bed and a wardrobe in an alcove in the living room. And there is a sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar.
The separate bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilets.
The sheltered terrace on the bridge is one of the most popular characteristics of the boat, as it allows intimate dinners on the river, particularly in summer. There are four teak chairs around the wooden table where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Seine and the parade of restaurant boats by night.
