The apartment is in a fabulous location, central to all points of interest in Paris. If you're in the mood to amble and roam, which really is the best way to explore a city, this location is ideal -- to the northwest, Montmartre; to the southeast, the Marais; to the south, the Louvre and Tuileries. Our greeter was very amiable and explained all the features of the apartment. The check-in and checkout process with him was very simple. The apartment was clean and capacious enough for 2 people. I found the style of the apartment with its exposed wooden beams and modern amenities a nice mix. It provided the charm of being in an actual Parisian apartment vs. a condo-style box. It is just off of a major avenue but still quiet enough in the evenings. There was some construction going on while we were there, so if you're the type to sleep in, plan accordingly.

The apartment is a nice cozy place in a great location.All major attractions are in walking distance and there also 3 metro stations close by. Check in and check out was well organized and the owner and her administrator very friendly and helpful. I used the apartment with my nice and we had a great time in Paris. Can strongly recommend the apartment.

A really nice apartment with plenty of room and the location was perfect. The apartment was very personal, so the atmosphere was super and very cozy. There was no noise from the street.

Appartement Beauregard 5 is located in a walking distance from 2 metrostations right in the historical center of Paris. This location was very convenient for us. Louvre, old opera house, shopping and Grand Boulevard with many different restaurants were just 5-10 minutes away. The apartment was just what we expected it to be. Nice, clean, well taken care of and in a perfect location. Also kitchen had all utensils and tools necessary for cooking and serving at home if need to be. We were very pleased with the landlord who was friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. He gave us good tips for our stay in Paris and was always reachable over the phone. We would definitely consider Appartement Beauregard 5 for our stay next time again and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Nice apartment in a good location for affordable price is a perfect choice for your stay!

I would like to say thank you for the smoothness with which my accommodation in Paris was handled. The booking was done professionally as well as the steps thereafter and I became quite confident that the process would be painless by the time I was put in contact with the owner. I would, especially, like to thank him for all his help in ensuring an easy trip from the airport as well as perfect directions. He made sure the apartment was ready for us even though traffic delayed us by almost 2 hours. He also made us feel that he was always a phone call away if we needed his advice or help. The apartment was perfect for our needs and had all we needed for our stay. Especially great was how central to everything in Paris it is. The fact that there are 3 metro lines about 100 metres away is wonderful Thanks again,

We (my wife, my mother and 2 children) stayed 8 nights in the middle of April 2012 at the Beauregard 5 apartment in Paris. It was a great choice and we would like to share our positive experience with other people that seek for a safe, clean, well located apartment in Paris. The apartment is conveniently located near a metro station (Strassburg-Saint Denis) in a quiet street. There is a supermarket close to the metro station, and several local food market stores in the area. There is no parking garage in the apartment building, but there is no need to have a car to move around Paris. This apartment is managed by an extremely helpful Parisian man, who is fluent in English and gave us all information we needed to have an easy time there, as well as gave us his phone number in case of any emergency situation during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a Wi-Fi internet connection, cable TV, the laundry washing machine also helped a lot. There are two bedrooms. They are not isolated by walls or doors, but as we did not needed absolute privacy it was not a problem. The bed are very much comfortable, good mattress, good heating system. We recommend this apartment and consider staying there in the next visit to Paris.

Our stay at Beauregard 5 was great. The owner was very helpful and responded to all emails quickly. Also, he was very accommodating to our arrival and departure times. This was great as we arrived in the morning after an overnight flight and all we wanted to do was have a rest. We also left early in the morning and he didn't seem to mind at all. The location was fabulous. The apartment was on a quiet street located very close to the metro and within walking distance to the Louvre, many restaurants, the Opera and the Grand Boulevard with major department stores. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The apartment was quite spacious and we really only slept there because during the day we were touring around. The only thing I would mention is we could have had better directions from the metro to the apartment. The day we arrived from Boston, overnight flight, we took the metro to where the owner told us but then we really didn't know where to go from there. We managed to find it but it took us a while and once we got there we realized it was so close to where we started. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Céntrico apartamento ,bien conectado con línea de metro 4, 8 y 9. Perfecto para dos parejas , limpio,acogedor y tranquilo .Cerca de supermercados,panaderías típicas y restaurantes . También muy cerca de la zona de ocio. Con la persona de contacto fue muy fácil contactar y muy amable. Si volviéramos a París volveríamos a escoger este apartamento.

Apartamento perfecto para visitar París. Está a menos de 5 minutos de dos estaciones de metro que te llevan a cualquier sitio en muy poco tiempo. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, la persona que nos recibió nos explicó todo con toda claridad y estuvo a nuestra disposición en todo momento. No tuvimos ningún problema con la hora de entrada que era más tarde de lo habitual, estaba esperando a que llegaramos. En definitiva un buen apartamento a un buen precio (teniendo en cuenta que París es caro) que te permite visitar la ciudad sin perder mucho tiempo en desplazamientos.

Comodidad absoluta en nuestra estancia en el apartamento BEAUREGARD 5. Ningún problema a la hora de cirtarnos con nuestro contacto en la ciudad, estaba a la hora y en el lugar indicado. Las condiciones del piso eran tal cual indicaban en la pagina web. El barrio muy céntrico y con acceso cercano a la red de metro y RER. Todo perfecto. Gracias.
