The over hood needs cleaned, the utensils are old and need replaced, the chopping baords are old and need replaced, there are no proper pillows on the bed, two sets of bedlinen shoull be available not just one, there are only four towels all mismatched and old, for a week you need a fresh set, kitchen needed new pans, new plates some were cracked, the water in the bathroom seems only enough hot water for two very short showers, one day I had to have a cold shower as none left, needs a kitchen basin inside the sink for washing the dishes. I think a hundred pounds spent on the flat and a good clean would be great.

Very good location, near Metro and good shopping centre. The apartment was very nice decorated and cleaned.Thumbs up!!

(How was your stay?) : Apartment is very centrally located. Could easily walk to the Seine and to the metro station. Safe, vibrant area. (Would you use again our services?) : Yes. The apartment was as described on the website. Small, but very centrally located in a safe, upscale neighborhood. One flight up, a small lift is available for baggage transport or those in need. The stores close around 8:30 pm, but one can get a pizza from Pizza Hut around the corner until much later, or avail themselves of the local restaurants within walking distance. Rue Cler, just three blocks away, offers a wonderful street market of gormet delicacies, fish, meat, cheeses, flowers and restaurants. The owner was most gracious in meeting us upon our arrival and departure. He also provided directions from DeGaulle airport, which was very helpful.

El apartamento es tal cual se publico en internet. Bien luminoso, todos los electrodomesticos funcionan. Tiene una excelente ubicacion en un lugar muy seguro. Es precioso, lo arrendaria de nuevo. La unica dificultad, es que sali en dia domingo y aun pagando un extra el asistente del dueño del apartamento no se presento en dia domingo para destruir la fianza que deje firmada con los datos de mi tarjeta de credito. Habiamos quedado en reunirnos el dia sabado, pero yo no llegue al horario acordado. Igualmente a la fecha no he tenido problema alguno. Altamente recomendable!!!!

Todo estuvo en líneas generales muy bien. Superó nuestras espectativas. Para repetir. Un saludo. (¿Cómo fue su estancia?): Estupendo. Unas vacaciones extraordinarias en París. Al lado mismo de la Tours Eiffel e Inválidos. (¿Volvería a usar nuestros servicios?): Sí para la situación del apartamento y equipamiento.
