The apartment exceeded all my expectations and turned out to be an ideal place for our family (2 adults, 2 children aged 10 and 14) to stay. The position was perfect, close to the metro in a quiet, truly Parisian neighbourhood. We enjoyed popping out in the morning to buy bread and croissants from the local boulangerie in the next street. The apartment had everything we needed. Lovely view of the Eiffel tower. We felt very safe coming back on the metro late at night and strolling back to the apartment. Would definitely recommend this excellent value apartment to anyone visiting Paris and hope to come back again ourselves some day.

I rented this apt for 11 days in nov. Everything stated in the posting is true and accurate. The location is absolutely ideal. There is a wonderful boulangerie at one half block. The view of the Eiffel tower is wonderful, especialy at night. The huge Parc of Champ de Mars is very close by at the bottom of the Eiffel tower. Walk to the Seine and join the island for a quiet walk in the evening. The telephone has unlimited free calling to the USA and most of international countries. The apt is very safe and secure. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Bed is comfortable. Apt is newly decorated in good taste. The owner was most helpful and pleasant.

We had an amazing time and we are so delighted we rented this apartment. It was much more attractive than we expected and the owner was very helpful. It was as promised : quiet, safe, close to all transportation. It is clean, bright and just the right size. For those of you who want to "feel" Parisian, if even for a few days, this place is the place.

A great property close to public transport and only 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Our family of five (three teenage kids) were well accommodated. A local food mart next door made it easy to get food each day. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris.

Great service and my contact was super helpful with tips and advice. Only problem is they didn't give full instructions on how to enter the building so had to call them when we arrived. They were available and we had no issues besides spending money on the international phone call. Other than that the stay was very pleasant. Great location and the flat had all the facilities we required.

Logement hyper propre, check-in et check-out facile, les lits fait à l'arrivée sont vraiment un plus pour passer un bon séjour. Il est situé proche du métro pour les arrivées en train, accès facile aussi et tout proche de la tour eiffel!!!!!! On y retournera avec plaisir!!!
