Strategic location for this apartment (1st floor without lift) situated in the heart of the Marais district, known for its many trendy restaurants and bars. You are at few steps from the magnificent Place des Vosges. One of the oldest and certainly the most prestigious squares in Paris.

Next to the apartment there is also the Hotel de Rohan-Guemenee where, lived Victor Hugo and his family during 16 years. Today the house is a museum with exhibits of furniture, engravings and poems which belonged to him.
