This charming 323 sq.ft. apartment (studio) is located in the heart of the area Montorgueil, close to all facilities, public transport (metro Sentier at only 3 minutes walking), banks, bakeries. It is located in a pedestrian street which has many bars and fashionable restaurants. Montorgueil is a village in the heart of Paris where you can loaf around terrace cafes and shops. It is also very close to the Louvre Museum, at only 15 minutes walking, to the mall Les Halles at 12 minutes, and next to the famous district Le Marais, Place de la Victoire, Musée d'Orsay, Jardins des Tuileries and the Palais Royal.
This 2-room studio, recently renovated by an architect, is ideal for a couple on holidays in Paris.
This apartment, fully equipped for your comfort, is on the 5th floor of a building with elevator. It is made up with an open look, it is very bright and quiet as it is located at the back of a typical Parisian cobblestoned courtyard. The 3 windows overlook the courtyard of the building. All the apartment has parquet floor. The decoration of the apartment mixes up furnishings of the 18th century and the 50s, art books and contemporary photos.
You enter in the main room. On the left there is the kitchen opened on the entire room. The kitchen has a bar with 4 high stools. It is equipped with a fridge, hotplates, a grill/microwave oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine and a kettle.
You are then in the living room which has a sofa, a chair and a coffee table. The lounge is also equipped with a flat screen TV with DVD player, a hi-fi with iPod plug and a wireless Internet connection.
Continuing in the main room, you enter in the bedroom that has a double queen size bed and a night table.
Behind the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
