The owner was absolutely helpful during the check in and check out process. The location is amazing. The neighborhood is central, decent, lively, yet quiet. At the door step is a convenient store with basically everything you will need for a comfortable stay. If you walk for 2 minutes, you will be on a pedestrian street full of restaurants and stores. Yet in the apartment it is absolutely quiet. Clean and spacious room for two people. Moderately high speed wifi. Strong shower. It is on the fourth floor in a building with a nice small lift. The bed mattress and sofa are very comfortable. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils, including dish washer and oven. All in all, a very wonderful one week long experience in Paris. Will definitely go back if ever in Paris again. Hope the owner could adjust the router setting to allow more devices to be connected to the Wifi network at the same time.

This is an amazing apartment, located ideally for sightseeing. I was very impressed on all levels with the spaciousness and the quality of the lodgings.

The apartment was nice, clean, quiet and well located. Great access to everywhere in Paris. Grocery store, bakery and many bars and restaurants nearby. I could recommend this apartment to everyone.

Ideal for one person or couple, small and beautiful modern apartment close to Louvre with a view on roofs of surrounding buildings.. It has everything you would need for a short stay in Paris. During evenings and nights very quiet, no noise from streets.

Excelente ubicación, buen diseño y comfort. El propietario nos brindó excelentes tips para recorrer un París diferente. Sin duda recomiendo este Studio para todo aquel que quiera conocer el ambiente Parisino auténtico. Excellent location, good design and comfort. the owner gave us excellent tips to know and feel a different Paris. I would definitely recommend this Studio for anyone who wants to know the authentic Parisian atmosphere.

El apartamento es precioso, tal como pone en las fotos. Todos los muebles son nuevos; la cama muy cómoda. La zona en la que está es ideal para visitar la ciudad, y está llena de bares y restaurantes con terracitas estupendas llenas de gente joven. El apartamento es muy tranquilo. No oimos ni un ruido durante nuestra estancia. El baño necesitaba una reparación por unas goteras del vecino y el wifi no funcionaba muy bien, pero por lo demás nuestra experiencia ha sido perfecta!!. el propietario fue encantador. Gracias por todo. Si volvemos a París, volveremos a este apartamento.

Studio chic, cuisine et salle de bain neuves, trés bien placé sur rue pietonale, environs trés agréables. Il m'a manqué un lave linge, mais il existe une laverie à proximité. Nous avons eu un séjour trés agréable.

Es muy lindo y comodo el apartamento , muy luminoso, bien equipado y tambien es muy comodo el lugar donde esta ubicado. Esta rodeado de bares, cafes , lugares para comprar todo tipo de comida, el barrio es tranquilo y esta muy cerca de Notre Dame. La ubicacion es ideal, para ir caminando a todos lados. ( tambien hay una estacion de subte a 2 o 3 cuadras) Estamos muy conformes con el servicio y el apartamento.

Au sujet du Studio Etienne Marcel, l'appartement, neuf, décoré subtilement et de bon goût, est particulièrement bien agencé, bien situé et l'accueil des 2 propriétaires est très agréable et attentionné : j'ai apprécié les adresses des restaurants recommandés, la bouteille de vin, la clé 3G...(Comment s'est passé votre séjour ?) Parfait. (Nous recommanderiez-vous ?) Réactivité, sérieux des annonces et des disponibilités.
