LAFAYETTE 1 - Paris internet ADSL, a/c, cable tv, apartment rental

This apartment was ideal for a long weekend in Paris being within walking distance of most of the major sites and right next door to underground parking, a metro station and some big department stores and food stores. It is a modern and clean residential building which felt very secure and safe once inside despite the side street being a little seedy at night. The beds are extremely comfortable but the living room area only provided comfortable seating for 2 people which was inconvenient and not ideal for accomodation that sleeps 4-6. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend and use again.

Apartment is situated in the central part of the city, just about 20 minutes from Louvre on foot. Supermarket is in 50 meters. It is clean an cozy. We were 5 and it was great for us. Our rooms looked inside - so no noise can be heard from the street. And it is much cheaper than regular hotel room in the same region.

The host, Daniel, made us feel very welcome and was very considerate to our requests. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Paris shopping area and around the corner from the hop on hop of bus tours. Everything was great.

We were really impressed by the great location, and how convenient it was reaching the apartment. The flat was marvelously situated, really quiet, and extremely convenient to everything and every where. The interiors was amazing, beautifully and professionally designed, furnished, and very comfortable. We were really feeling always, at home. (How was your stay?) : Yes, Marvelous.
