This Paris apartament rental in Paris is equiped with one bedroom and 35sqm, it is very well located in the Opera district, and in the same building as the others apartments called Lafayette. You will appreciate being located in the Opera district, and only at 100 meters from the Boulevard Haussmann and its famous Parisian department stores, Printemps and Galleries Lafayette. Thanks to its strategic position, you will be smack between the Theatre of the Opera Garnier, the church of Madeleine and the luxurious Place Vendome.

The main room is divided in three different spaces, living room, dinning room and kitchen. In the first you will find a sofa bed for 2 extra people, flat screen, DVD and CD player, internet access, close to the large window bringing so much light.

In the second part, there is an elegant table for 4 guests, furniture and shelves in a nice ambiance.

Finally, there is a full equipped kitchen with sufficient crockery, pots and pan to cook and having relaxing dinners with your friends or family. There is double glasses window in the living room faced to the street and leading to the terrace.

The bedroom has a double bed, night tables with beautiful lamps, a chest of drawers is also provided for your clothes.

As in the other apartment rentals Lafayette, there is shower and a sink in the bathroom, but also the washing machine.
