This apartament rental in Paris is very well decorated with 23sqm, in the Opera district, and in the same building as the others apartments called Lafayette, with lift and access to a terrace.
You will appreciate being located in the Opera district, and only at 100 meters from the Boulevard Haussmann and its famous Parisian department stores, Printemps and Galleries Lafayette. Thanks to its strategic position, you will be smack between the Theatre of the Opera Garnier, the church of Madeleine and the luxurious Place Vendome.
The studio got 23sqm very well divided in four different spaces, living room, dinning room, bedroom and kitchen. The main large window with view on a typical little Parisian street with shops, restaurants and pubs is equipped with double glasses window to prevent you from the noise of the city.
