We loved the appartment. It was very well located for us. Close to the metro line, groceries and restaurants. An added plus for us, is the fact that we have an aunt who lives about 10 minutes walk from the appartment off Place des Nation. This made it very easy to see her very day after site seeing Paris. It make our vacation very special. We felt confortable as soon as we got there. The owner of the appartment, was extremely welcoming, and helpful. We really appreciated it.

Very friendly greet, house was exactly as described and clean. Had a great stay, good service will almost definately stay there again.

Excellent stay in a true Paris neighborhood. The Maison was quite spacious for our family of 7 and provided all the basic amenities needed. All arrangements were easy and convenient. The Maison is in a street with all kinds of shops and with restaurants nearby and very close to 2 Metro stations so access to the rest of Paris is easy.

We were very happy with this maison. 4 levels with 2 full bathrooms so the five of us felt very comfortable. Location is excellent, Boulangerie 15 meters to left of main door, supermarket another 10 and laundromat nearby as well as many restaurants and shops. Printemps department store and additional upscale shops on Cours de Vincennes 10 minute walk from house towards Nation (Check out Chez Prosper for dinner - good place) Metro station Buzenval line 9 is 2 minutes walk away and Avron line 2 is 5 minutes walk - one transfer (or none in some cases) and you are anywhere in the city, we found that to be a huge benefit. The only thing that was missing was another week there....

We had a wonderful stay; it was quiete in the house; on the other hand all the shops you need like loulangerie or supermarket was near by - also restaurants and the two different Metro-stations. That was very comfortable.

initially the impression was okay but as we stayed there we really appreciated the location - excellent, the quiet also excellent. The check-in-out was fine. Over all I would recommend this service to me friends.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in real Paris, then Pere Lachaise is perfect. It reminded me of Brick Lane or Camden and the doorway to the courtyard of houses appears to be in the middle of a street market. It was great to get an idea of really living in Paris. With 5 and a boyfriend in our family party, the house was perfect. We found cheap meals and shopping in easy distance which kept the cost down for tourist Paris. The house is in the Nation district. Buzenval Metro is literally a minute walk from the house and getting around Paris on the Metro is easy and cheap with the Paris Visite (ask at Buzenval station - they were so helpful).

For six people it was a very comfortable apartment, considering that it can be difficult to find large apartments in Paris. The location was good next to a Metro station although outside the centre of Paris. It was nicely and stylishly furnished and very homely. We can fully recommend the apartment.

Très pratique car situé entre deux stations de métro sur deux lignes. La plus proche étant à 200 mètres. Petits restos et superette dans la rue.

La maison était superbe, comfortable et pas trop cher pour 7 personnes. Le transport etait très facil avec les rers et le metro à cote de la maison. On etait très satisfaits.

Las condiciones del apartamento son bastantes buenas y la vivienda es muy original . Muy tranquilo, espacioso y cómodo. Bien comunicado y próximo al centro de la ciudad. A pocos minutos del metro, tren y autobuses. Comercios, supermercado. Todo a mano. (¿Cómo fue su estancia?) Muy agradable. Hemos estado muy cómodos, aunque de lo que más hemos disfrutado ha sido de la propia ciudad y sus encantos. (¿Volvería a usar nuestros servicios?) Ha sido muy sencillo. Y la información muy detallada y ajustada a la realidad.
