A wonderful placed apartment with a very charming decoration.everything was exact as we exspected from the published pictures.realy one of the best adress for our Paris experience.All the things to now about the little details of the flatt was allready remarced in April by Julia and Ashley. Yes, we would come again, but only by plain, because the garage rates for our car were unbelievable high! Special thanks for our manager,he was realy very nice and helpful.

Pros: quite clean, quite spacious, good shower, good location, the tube station near by, very close to the very center of Paris (we never used the tube), good groceries near by. Very good check-in and check-out (we asked to check out later than initially requested and were well accommodated). Cons: the only one really was that I felt the mattress on the main bed needed to be replaced as my back ached after waking up. The other bed was alright though. Overall very very pleasant stay!

Tastefully decorated, relatively comfortable apartment in Marais, with a pleasant, communicative manager. The main bed is a little lumpy, although the sofabed seems rather more comfortable. The kitchen has the main amenities, although could do with fixing the freezer and we suggest adding a microwave (as we have small children). Some small signs of wear and tear like loose sockets etc, although we do appreciate the apartment is rather "old" and full all year round. The cable TV and WiFi is a very nice touch. Clean bed linen and towels confirmed, although we would have appreciated a few small details like enough toilet paper for the stay, or a few simple commodities like cooking oil, sugar for example on our late arrival. Neighborhood is safe and very close to two metro stops, especially Republic which is literally around the corner. A virtually 24/7 supermarket is just across the road. The apartment is very accessibly priced for Paris and in a quiet side road curiously full of shops for men shirts and suits. We would rent the apartment again without a second thought. Having to pay an extra 50 euros for a Sunday arrival seemed rather excessive, bearing in mind Paris is a very dear city, and we are very cost conscious. But all in all a very enjoyable stay in a relatively well looked after flat.

The apartment is very comfortable, well laid out, and beautifully decorated. The location is convenient to three Metro stops and for walking to many beautiful sites. Our host was very friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated him phoning to coordinate with our arrival time as we were a bit late getting to the flat where he was waiting for us. The kitchen, bathroom, heating. doorlocks, WiFi, etc. all worked properly. The entry hall and staircase looked a bit war-torn to us Canadians at first, but they have a lot of character and we got used to them. We really enjoyed staying there over the Christmas holiday. The payment arrangements were not that convenient as it all had to be in cash or wired bank transfer - we would have preferred to use a credit card for everything.

Next time in Paris, definitely we will stay at the same apartment. Every thing was amazing! We really enjoy it.

Our stay in Paris was very good. The apartment "Marais Classique 1" was in the center of Paris, very close to the Republique metro station. There is a supermarket just in front.
The apartment had everything we need and was perfect for a family of four people; the manager, was very nice and always available.

As described and shown in the pictures. Very professional, helpful, and accommodating property manager. Quiet area but with easy access to 2 metro stations (Temple and Republique) makes things very easy. As a Canadian unaccustomed to older structures, I am enchanted by the exposed wood beams and the winding stairs up to the flat. Just wonderful! (And no worries, the stairs are solid and do no creak) A thoroughly charming experience and a very different one than if I had just booked into a hotel.

Me and my family really liked the apartment. It is situated in the center and near big metro station. There is also a nice supermarket nearby. The apartment is well equipped. The person who checked us in and out was very helpful and kind. We would be pleased to use the service of Feel Paris again.

(How was your stay?) We were very happy with the apartment. It was clean and well-equiped, the neighborhood was quiet and had lots of convenient services very close (grocery, bakery, cafe); there were two metro stops very close and just down the street was a nice quiet park with a playground which was great for the kids. It was perfectly situated for our family with young children. I rated the comfort "9" instead of "10" because the carpeting was a sort of indoor-outdoor carpet of woven rope and it was rather hard on the feet after a while! Otherwise, the furniture was stylish and comfortable. Our check-in and check-out service was stellar, the manager was prompt and very helpful. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because, we were very happy with the service, especially at the end of our stay when our plans were disrupted by canceled flights (volcano!) and the owner and the manager were helpful and flexible. Even though in the end we did not have to adjust our plans, we really appreciated the concern and helpfulness. So even if we don't use the same apartment again (and we would, we were very happy there!) I would definitely use this company again because of the good organization and attention to our needs.

Excellent apartment, 2 minute walk to Republic Square and metro. Clean and comfortable! Perfect. The street has a few warehouses and not much life at night, but very quiet; perfect for families. (How was your stay?) Good, lots of extra towels, bed linen provided. Clean & neat apartment. (Would you use again our services?) yes, because easy too book, confirmation received as promised; easy to locate apartment! Owner came to greet us at apartment and showed us all the details - courteous.
