In this welcoming apartment located in the heart of Montmartre, you'll be immersed in the Paris artist area where many famous painters such as Modigliani, Renoir, Manet and Utrillo lived. Only at 2 minutes from the apartment you can visit the splendid Cathedral Sacré-coeur, take a walk among the painters and other artists of the Place du Tertre, but also enjoy the incredible view offered by the Montmartre hill.

The area is bursting with small shops where you can do your shopping. The owner will advise in particular the rue Lepic, rue Abesses Monoprix or the Boulevard de Clichy for your food purchases, the Cave of Abesses (43 rue des abesses) for a wine tasting, Grenier (38 rue des abesses ) or La flute de Pan (90 rue des martyrs) for the purchase of your baguettes.

The apartment of 37sqmt (27 sqmt + 10sqmt mezzanine) is located on 2nd floor without lift and ideal for 4 people but can accomodate up to 6 people.
The very bright lounge has a comfortable sofa bed, and CD audio.

Upstairs you will find a mezzanine equipped with additional beds: 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Be carefull, it is not possible to stand on the mezzanine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, teapot, electric stove, microwave and refrigerator.

The bathroom includes a shower and WC.
