This 452sqft apartment is on the first floor of a typical Parisian building with elevator in the 9th arrondissement. It is in the area of huge boulevards (Grands Boulevards) and enormous stores (Grands magasins) such as Galeries Lafayette. You are near the Opera Garnier, incredible 1875s monument designed and thought by Charles Garnier.

You are also close to the Grévin Museum, an original and famous museum which includes nearly 300 worldwide waxed famous people, and the Casino de Paris, where you can see many concerts and musicals.
