In the main room is the lounge with a dining area and an open plan kitchen that is slightly raised.

This room is has an exposed stone wall and a ceiling with wooden beams painted white. You will find a double sofa-bed, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, a beautiful wooden chest and a glass dining table with 4 chairs. You go up a couple of small steps to enter the kitchen that overlooks the whole charming space. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped.

From the lounge you enter the second room, the bedroom where there is a bed for 2 people, a bedside table and a storage space. You then have access to a bathroom with basin, toilet, mirror, bathtub and shower.

The apartment has a wireless Internet connection, a television with 60 channels, a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

Very well located, overlooking the courtyard of a building; you can enjoy the very attractive Latin Quarter of Paris at the same time as the peace and quiet of relaxing and tastefully decorated interior.
