Very sunny and quiet apartment located in a beautiful modern building, in edge of the Montsouris Park one of the most famous parks of Paris and near "la Butte aux Cailles", charming village in Paris. It is a luminous 1 bedroom apartment, located on the 5th floor, with elevator and south exposed. The access to the building is secured by a double system (digicode + intercom).
There is an entrance with a large closet, a wall cupboard, a pedestal table, an office with computer, unlimited high speed Internet access, unlimited telephone (local and national).
The living room (26m2) is lit by a large picture window, with a sight released on an interior garden, the park's huge trees and Paris's roofs in the background. It includes a leather settee, a very comfortable double sofa bed, a Louis Philippe table, a convenient Louis XVI , a Voltaire armchair, a television lcd 80cm set with TNT, two armchairs and two chairs of style Louis XVI.
The open kitchen is completely equipped with induction plate, fridge-freezer, furnace multifunction, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary for twelve people.
The room (12 m2), with large picture window on garden, very calm, is furnished with a bed 140 X 200, a convenient LOUIS XVI , two bedside tables, a small desk.
The WC is independent, with permanent air distribution. The bathroom is very functional with a shower with large opening.
The balcony (12m2) is the ideal place to read, enjoy an aperitif or to have breakfast on the table bar.
