Really great apartment. Comfortable bed, nice balcony to have morning coffee on. Everyone in the building was very friendly. Had a little trouble with the door lock, but the building was being renovated & it was soon to be fixed. Was a little disappointed there was no computer, but there was a router for free WiFi if you happen to bring your laptop. The owner was super-nice & even showed me an alternate exit from the building that led to the bus - which leads directly to the Louvre & centre of Paris! The area is VERY quiet at night - there is really no one around when the sun goes down! Park right across the street was gorgeous & peaceful. Great stay!

This apartment was absolutely excellent. It was well equipped, comfortable, had an excellent view of the parc Montisouris, was within l0 minutes walk of the trams and metro straight through to Gard du Nord and the bus stopped opposite the apartment. I will certainly be rebooking for my next visit to Paris and will also highly recommend this apartment to friends.

I want to thank you for the service and the wonderful apartment. We really enjoyed both the apartment itself that was very nice, clean, well equipped and very convenient. The location is also fantastic and lastly, the owner is also very nice!

I simply loved this apartment, it was great. I will book it each stay, if it's available. The apartment was wonderful inside and super clean! Location was great and very central.The decoration was very nice. It was cozy. The most important point , is that the owner who represented the apartment was great! In fact, if she was in Canada I would hire her to work along side me. I had a great experience.

Appartement très agréable et confortable tout à fait conforme à la description sur le site. Très calme pour une ville comme Paris! Accueil sympa... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Estabamos en la ciudad universitaria, lejos del centro, pero gracias a las indicaciones de la propietaria, que además nos dio mucha información de tiendas, restaurantes, etc., que nos indicó la boca de metro más cercana estabamos en el centro en menos de un cuarto de hora, o 20mnt.

Correcto y completo los servicios disponibles en el apartamento, solo nos falto canales de television en idioma español. Altamente placentera, muy satisfecho por la comodidad, limplieza y ubicacion del apartamento. (¿Volvería a usar nuestros servicios?) Sí, porque resulta muy agil la contratacion y el inmueble ofrecido cumplia con la totalidad de servicios y comodidades publicadas.
