We are very satisfied with the apartment, the location is very nice and there are food and supply shops nearby for the budget travellers. The owner was very nice and accommodating to our needs - he even sent his friend to help us with the taxi. Both the bed and the double sofa were cosy and easily accepted 4 people. We would recommend it to friends.

It was a really great stay. The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly and very nice. Took great care in the apartment to make sure that we had a good time. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because it was very useful and finding an apartment was very easy.

(How was your stay?) Our stay was perfect. Cedric met us upon arrival and departure. He made it very easy for us to settle in and gave us some helpful literature on the sites in the area. The apartment is a good size, with cable and internet. The apartment is well-situated, only a 15-20 minute walk to the Seine, close to Metros Sentier and Reaumur-Sebastopol, and the pedestrian market Montrogueil. There is also a Franprix and a Monoprix close. Although it is a walk up, my husband was on crutches and managed quite well. We had a LOVELY stay! (Would you use again our services?) Yes, our apartment stay in Paris allowed a more special and intimate experience. We would certainly stay in an apartment over a hotel as we felt more part of a community and really became well acquainted with "our neighborhood".

Fuimos en Semana Santa del 2011. Somos cuatro, con una niña de diez años y un niño de seis años. Los niños durmieron en una cama de matrimonio y nosotros en el sofá cama. El apartamento era muy coqueto, con unas preciosas vistas de los tejados de París. El emplazamiento, en la zona del Pompidou, céntrico pero sin aglomeraciones y con una calle llena de tiendas, bares y restaurantes al lado. También con dos garajes en las inmediaciones. El propietario muy simpático y atento. Lo mejor, el Mac con ADSL que tenía y que se podía usar gratis. Lo peor que era un quinto sin ascensor pero la escalera era amplia y cómoda y además por eso el precio era más ajustado. En definitiva muy recomendable para aquel que quiera visitar París.

(¿Cómo fue su estancia?) La estancia fue perfecta, muy bien ubicado, y el dueño del apartamento fue muy majo .Nos ofreció todas las comodidades que quisimos y se portó especialmente bien. El lugar está a apenas 10 minutos andando del Louvre, y a 3 minutos de una calle peatonal con muchas tiendas, buen ambiente y muy acogedor. A 5 minutillos de dos metros. No podría ser mejor. Es un pisito aboardillado , muy acogedor, con unas vistas desde la ventana tipicas parisinas de todos los tejados de allí. Muy bonito.Ningún problema con agua, vitrocerámica,luz, calefacción,.... lo único q son muchas escaleras a subir, pero vamos..es quejarme por quejarme, porque realmente merece la pena el piso. Muy bien ubicado con respecto a todo. (¿Volvería a usar nuestros servicios?)Sí, porque todo fue perfecto.

Departamento impecable, bien equipado, bien ventilado  y calefaccionado. Esteticamente muy agradable y comodo. Contacto: quedamos encantados y agradecidos. El unico inconveniente son los 5 pisos por escalera que no es para todo el mundo, aunque yo con 60 años lo pude hacer a mi ritmo.
