"This beautiful 110m2 19th-century, three-story country house in the heart of the Marais district, is in the 3rd arrondissement, and has three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is equipped with a combo washing-dryer, dishwasher, unlimited high-speed internet, cable TV, and stereo.
This full three-story vacation apartment is located in a charming courtyard between buildings, therefore quite calm and quiet, coupled with the safety of a security access code on the door leading to the street and a full-time concierge.
The courtyard itself is like a hidden world, with 18th century cobblestone and greenery.
This apartment could not be in a better position in the Marais, just near the rue de Bretagne and its many Parisian shops: butcher, bakeries, cheese shop, fresh fish, as well as the famous "Marche des Enfants Rougeâ"? open-air market with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as caterers. You will find bistros and cafes in every corner, with terraces full of fashionable Parisians, watching fashionable Parisians pass by. For the shopper looking for unique cloths, many young creators have chosen this particular part of the Marais for their boutique.
A five to ten minute walk further south carries you to the better-known part of the Marais, full of good restaurants, cafes, and boutiques of all sorts.
