A cozy apartment located very close to the metro station.

The property was very good value and in an excellent location close to the metro line. There are only two drawbacks with with this property. It is on the 4th floor of the building with a winding staircase and no lift. Overall I was very pleased with the property it was very clean and suited us well. If you dont mind the stairs I would recommend it as a perfect base to see Paris.

The only "bad" thing was the shower was in the tiny tiny kitchen, can't be helped but it would have been nice to know. Not very convenient for 3 adults sharing. WiFi / internet would have been nice as well. The price was good, location was good and it had a parking space which was wonderful! Clean, quaint and it worked for what we needed. ALSO: They were doing construction on the building the entire time, it started at 7:00 and went ALL DAY LONG!! That would have been nice to know as well. Also can't be helped but a discount for it would have been a nice gesture, it was very very noisy.

la verdad es que nuestra estancia en paris ha sido espectacular, la chica que nos vino a recibir era muy simpatica y todo el apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy muy acogedor, todo muy bien equipado la unica pega es que la ducha estaba dentro de la cocina, y teniamos que lavarnos en el fregadero porque no habia lavabo.

La casa estaba muy bien, faltaban algunos utensilios de limpieza pero no creo que nadie que vaya de vacaciones los eche en falta
