Me and my girlfriend stayed in Saint Paul Studio for three days and everything has been almost perfect! The owner (Mrs Rita) is maybe one of the most kind and helpful owner we've ever met. The studio is exactly as in the photos, small but really cozy and cute, located in one of the best zone of Paris. The studio is furnished with great taste and every space has been smartly designed to be used in the best way. The bathroom is tiny but well organized, furnished with style. The location is wonderful, Saint Paul is maybe the best part of Paris, but the Studio is really quiet since is located in a small court not facing the road. If we ever return to Paris we will surely choose again Studio Saint Paul!

The studio was in perfect condition and made for a fantastic stay. We will be back and we will recommend to our friends and family. The location (Le Marais) is the place to stay in Paris. We loved it!

It is wonderfully situated, right in the center of the Marais, within walking distance of many of the great sites in the city. The neighbourhood is very rich in heritage and is served by some good restaurants. The Seine is at the end of the road and is perfect in the warm months for an evening drink or picnic. The apartment is very well designed and managed by Rita, the owner, who was waiting for us on arrival. She speaks perfect English and was very helpful. The apartment is small but as we were in the city most of the day and night it was perfectly suitable for us.

Our stay at Rue St.Paul was magnificent. Great location for bars/cafes and shops and the communication and help from the owner was 1st class. She is a lovely lady only happy to help you. Very good site and very helpful.

This tastefully decorated studio is in a vibrant location with access to great pastry shops and restaurants. The studio overlooks a courtyard that provides a quiet ambiance. The highlight of our experience is the owner. She was so helpful, responding to emails like "yesterday" as well as giving us answers to transportation, dining recommendations and other questions. Any interested /potential renter can be assured the owner is extremely responsive. Marvelous stay!! We are fortunate that we come to Paris annually to enjoy the culture, food and the French people.

This apartment is based in the equivalent of Covent Garden in London. Situation just a stone throw from the Metro and surrounded by a plethora of cheese, chocolatier and wine shops will make a very pleasant stay. Flat a little on the small side, but the location is lovely, and I felt very safe and quiet considering where it is based. The owner was very reliable and the apartment was in a good clean state. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the brand new St. Paul Studio in Paris. The apartment was so clean and cheerful. We enjoyed our stay at the St. Paul Studio. The proprietor was so gracious and helpful. The studio was small but very comfortable with a beautiful new bed and lovely ambiance. The apartment complex was clean quiet and very beautiful. We loved the area and safety of the apartment complex. The owner was very nice and accomodating.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, für alle Wünsche offen. Bei Abwesenheit wird sie von einer ebenfalls sehr sympathischen Dame vertreten, sodaß jederzeit jeand erreichbar ist. Die Lage des 1-Zimmer-Appartements könnte besser nicht sein (Stadtviertel, Verkehrsanbindung). Es herrscht (inmitten der Großstadt!) vollständige Stille, das Haus scheint allerdings hellhörig zu sein. Das Appartement fällt in die Rubrik "small is beautiful", kleiner geht es kaum. Etwas mehr Platz oder Bewohnung durch nur 1 Person (wir waren zu zweit) wäre also komfortabler. Jedoch ist bemerkenswert, wie gut durchdacht die Raumnutzung ist, sodaß es nicht wirklich an irgendetwas fehlt. Die Küchenausstattung erlaubt volle Selbstversorgung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
