This is a studio of 35 sqmt formed by an entrance, a large living room with two large windows, parquet floating, an open kitchen, a bathroom and separate WC. Both windows overlook a large courtyard with trees and background on the Sacre Coeur.

The building is cosy enough for Montmartre, it's made with stone and brick, it has an elevator and is located in the heart of the Saint Pierre market, and it is just below the cable car and just above the Metro Anvers (line 2). It is located on the 5th floor of a building with lift.

The studio consists of a dining room which has two double sofa beds, a large table, audiovisual equipment (TV and DVD player + DIVX) and a Wi-Fi access and free telephone for International calls and plenty of storage space... The kitchen has full equipment (2 hotplates, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, citrus press, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery for 6 persons ...).

Ideally located apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance of Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge, Sacré Coeur and Montmartre village but also 10 minutes walk from the main boulevards, the Opera Garnier and the Grands Magasins (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps Haussmann).
