Perfect location to visit the town and to stay! It has been very nice to stay here, very comfortable and at reasonable price. We were three and it has been perfect! In the apartment there are two more beds but I think that more than 4 adult people is a little bit skimpy.. if you have children is different.

This property was very well presented for the price. The apartment was very quiet and secure and had supermarkets nearby for breakfast. Bruno (and his son) were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to drop our bags off at their house rather than carrying them round all day after we checked out. I would recomend this apartment to anyone and would stay there again if/when I visit Paris in the future.

We loved the location of this apartment - in a lively area, close enough to walk from Gare du Nord and then into the centre of Paris, but amazingly quiet inside. Every sleeping arrangement possible from 2 doubles to 4 singles. Our first holiday with wi-fi worked well for our teenager. The owner made sure we were welcomed properly and we were able to leave at our convenience.

The apartment was as advertised and presented in the pictures. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped (including sugar, salt, oil, washing powder), there was also a selection of DVDs and books. Good position, close to the subway station, would stay there again.

Apartment provided value for money and good location. Owner was at apartment on time to allow access on arrival with pertinent details. He was very helpful. Had no cause to contact him during our stay of 1 week. Excellent.! (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because prompt and accurant.

(How was your stay?) Very nice - the appartment was lovely (location, cleanliness,...) and perfect for a weekendtrip to Paris. It is small, but anyway possible for 5 girls to handle. The owner of the appartment was very helpful. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because the booking was uncomplicated and everybody nice and helpful.

(How was your stay?) We had a wonderfull stay in Paris with our two kids. thanks to the wheater and the wonderfull apartment. The owner was very kind. It was a perfect adress, closed to metrostation, grands boulevard and two supermarkets and a good bakerystore next street. The children enjoyed the very much their bath after a long day in Paris. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because it was exactly as how it was described on the site.

Very nice apartment. (How was your stay?) It was above expectations. Small apartment but enough space for 4 people and a baby. Very close to the metro and to main attractions. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because it is transparent.

(How was your stay?) Our stay was perfect. There were no problems. This was a small apartment for 5 people but it was exactly what we needed and the price was excellent and it is in a great location. Your staff were very helpful and the owner was very helpful and you both delivered what you said you would. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, the website is very clear on what is offered. Nothing was hidden. We knew exactly what we were going to get. We wanted a cheap quiet place in a good location near the Metro. This is what we got.

(How was your stay?) : We was very satisfied. (Would you use again our services?) : Yes. Easy and honest services. Very nice and quiet apartment with tasteful, parisien decor. But it is only 1 wardrobe for 4-5 persons. Full equipped kitchen. Good location, near the supermarket and public transport. Easy to access to all the touristic places.

The situation was great, the flat very suitable for 4 people, everybody had their own bed. It as a peaceful, neat apartment. We enjoyed. (How was your stay?) : great! we used the kitchen facilities every day. Wi-fi was important. (Would you use again our services?) : Yes, everything went well. the owner was very polite and gave good information of how to get to the apartment.

El piso estaba bien equipado, pero la calefacción del salón no funcionaba (enero en París, es inprescindible contar con calefacción!) y la televisión tenía una interferencia en el audio que no se podía ver ningún canal, es decir, que encendia pero no funcionaba bien. La limpieza prácticamente no se apreciaba, había algún papel tirado por el suelo (envoltorio de snaks), dentro del microndas había un plato de comida de no sé cuándo porque olía a podrido, la limpieza del baño era muy básica, etc. Además en la cocina había mucho olor a podrido, no sé si de las cloacas o de restos de basura que había.

Muchas facilidades por parte de la persona a cargo del aparmamento, informacion de como llegar ahi, y su atencion a la llegada y sobre todo ,antes de partir hacia Paris toda la informacion que nos facilitó y sus respuestas a nuestra preguntas via e-mail. (¿Volvería a usar nuestros servicios?) Sí, por la seguridad, seriedad y confianza que ofrecen al cliente, ya que las reservas se realizan a traves de su pagina web y la respuesta al cliente que dan.
