You benefit from a unique location opposite the Musee d'Orsay and the Jardin des Tuileries which is only 50 metres away with direct access from the dock. So you are just a stroll away from the famous Louvre Museum, the Place de la Concorde and the Champs Élysées.

The barge is 82 feet long and 15 feet wide and has been recently renovated. It has a total area of 1076 sq ft plus of 215 sq ft terrace space.

The main room of the boat has air conditioning and parquet flooring. You will find a sitting area with a sofa and a double sofa-bed, coffee table and a television.

There is also a dining area with a large adjustable table that can accommodate 10 guests as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms. The first, equipped with air conditioning, has a queen size double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a shower-room en suite. The second bedroom also has a queen size double bed. Finally, the third open to the lounge (although it can be closed with a blind) has a full size bed (140cm x 190cm).

You have a second bathroom with shower. The toilet (with macerator) is separate.

For maximum comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a stereo, telephone, Wi-Fi broadband Internet, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space.

Linen is provided.
