Difficult to find yourself in a more central location in Paris, as this apartment is just a 5-minute walk from St. Michel (and metro St. Michel), Notre Dame, Latin quarter, the St. Chapelle, Chancellerie and Ile St Louis. It takes you just 5 minutes in the other direction to reach the Luxembourg gardens and the Sorbonne, meaning the student hustle-bustle abounds with cafés, cinemas and excellent restaurants. Safety is just another advantage of the area, with the main Paris police department also 5 minutes away, as well as the 19th century Dieu hospital. The area is donned with affordable shopping, and for the most various budgets, St Germain shopping is also 5 minutes away. Of course basic services can also be found in the area: supermarkets, bakeries and drugstores.

The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a 19th century Haussmann-style building with elevator. Though the area is extremely safe, the building is still equipped with a security code, and a second door is only accessible by a private key.

The 8 square meter third bedroom has one window facing the boulevard St. Germain and it is furnished with bunk beds, chest of drawers and a chair.

The 7 square meter separated kitchen has one window facing a courtyard and it is equipped with an oven, microwave, gas burners, extractor hood, double-door American fridge with ice and cold water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen utensils. The room has plenty of cupboard space and a two-tone 1940’s tile flooring.

The 4 square meter bathroom has a small ventilation window, a large tub with shower head, wash basin, cupboards and washer-dryer combo.
