Small but well equipped we were comfortable as a family of 4 for a few days. Could of done with a few coats hooks but apart from that very french. Location was superb, great for access for metro and Lourve Notre dame and Centre Pompidou all within walking distance as well as the boats for the river. Locally a great choice of bars restaurants and bistros and convenience shops nearby.

The contact person was very flexible for an early check-in and on a Sunday. He was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The studio was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The loft was a fun feature for our middle school kids. The studio's central location to the Louvre and only one block away from the Les Halles Metro/RER made getting there or anywhere very economical & simple. We would definitely stay there on our next visit.

With all the amenities included (new shower, kitchen, washing machine, etc.), only two flights up, and the superb location you couldn't ask for a better deal for one or two people. The loft was a concern but extremely comfortable. In hotter months, keep in mind there's no AC however I was there in June and got a great breeze by opening the windows. No street noise too as the windows face the interior courtyard! The apt. was also easy to access all the main tourist attractions (Louvre Museum is only blocks away) and some of the best shopping is just around the corner. You could easily get good breakfast right across the street and great meals within walking distance. I highly recommend this space and will book it again when I'm in Paris!

We were very happy with this apartment. The location was excellent – next to the Louvre, close to the Metro, lots of Shops and other Tourist Attractions but still in a quiet street. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this apartment and would book it again for a future trip to Paris.

Perfecta ubicación para visitar gran parte de las maravillas de París caminando. Sin ningún problema con los propietarios y en general valorando la relación calidad-precio para una ciudad como París es perfecto.
