The apartment itself is great (keep in mind, though, that it's very dark there during daylight, since its only window looks into the tight inner-yard, with just a tiny piece of sky visible up above), but the location (Les Halles) seems a bit dangerous on weekend nights. Also, the building is somewhat not very welcoming with it's dark and long and scary corridor upon the entrance. But oh well, in general it's all acceptable if you take the price into consideration. It's reasonably low after all, and it is not an accident. Actually, rue Montorgueil is quite a charming Parisian street with tons of restaurants, cafes and bistros; the place is probably the right choice if you want to see how living in real Paris looks and feels like. Also, it's close to every interesting site all over the city -- we were walking everywhere on foot -- and that is a great merit.

It was amazing! Very close to all the major sites and on a great street full of local markets and cafes. The apartment was very comfortable and easy to use.

Fantastically located on a happening street near the historic core of Paris, easily accessible to everywhere you want to go. had all the equipment we needed for a comfortable stay. only complaint we have is the confusing arrangements with the owner for costs, payments and check in/ check out time. costs were not disclosed upfront by the agency.

Es un apartamento muy acogedor justo en el centro de Paris, estaba todo muy limpio y es todo nuevo, los electrodomesticos primeras marcas . La cama es muy grande y muy cómoda, en el baño tambien estaba todo correcto. Al dar a un patio interior es muy tranquilo y se duerme muy bien. La señora que nos atendió es muy maja, tuvimos que llamarla porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y pudimos hospedarnos dos noches. El barrio es un barrio lleno de supermercados, panaderias y muchos bistros y cafeterias. Nosotras quedamos encantadas con el servicio.

Le falta una cortina mas gruesa para que no entre la luz por la ventana de la mañana.
