I chose this apartment for my 2 week stay in Paris (Aug/September 2012) for its location. It is the perfect spot to set out on your day of discovering Paris, centrally located, in a lovely, secure building. The owner, who was extremely helpful in our email conversations prior to my arrival, proved to be just as charming in person. She met me at the location on my arrival and gave an orientation that was very helpful. The apartment has been completely updated and has everything you need for a stay in Paris. The kitchen and bath are both small, but are outfitted with every need. The Monoprix is just a couple of blocks away for grocery shopping and local markets abound. The bed is very comfortable, considering it is a murphy style bed that folds down. I just left it made as a bed, as I didn't entertain there. The table was my 'internet cafe ' where I set up my iPad with the free Wi-Fi. The television is a modern, flat screen, but I didn't use it, being too tired every day from walking around my favorite city! My experience with this apartment was nothing but delight and I would have no hesitation recommending it!

This was the best stay I have had in Paris. The location was perfect, the accommodations perfect in every way and my landlady was charming, helpful and solicitous when I got ill. All in all, a perfect 2 weeks in Paris at the perfect apartment.

An ideal central location for a Paris stay plus a good value for the price. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Excelente! La mejor ubicación y todo lo necesario, lo único que mejoraria es un par de buenas almohadas.

REALMENTE ME SENTI MUY COMODA EN EL APARTAMENTO. LA UBICACION ES INMEJORABLE Y LA DECORACIÓN DE UNA ELEGANTE SIMPLEZA. PERO LO MEJOR FUE LA ATENCIÓN DE LA DUEÑA QUIEN ASIDUA Y PERSONALMENTE TELEFONEABA INTERROGANDO ACERCA DE MIS NECESIDADES.
