This apartment is located in the middle of Montparnasse, in a quiet street. This is a residential but also vibrant area, close to the accommodation you have access to the Rue de Vaugirard and the Boulevard du Montparnasse, where there are many shops, restaurants and bars. The Montparnasse Tower is a 5 minutes' walk. Montparnasse train station serves Versailles Castle in 30 minutes. Les Invalides and the Luxembourg Gardens are about 15 minutes' walk from the apartment.

This accommodation is on the ground floor of a building constructed in 1900 with a small cobblestoned courtyard and a private garden.

The kitchen is on the left of the entrance. It is equipped with a refrigerator, electric hotplates, oven multifunction, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils needed for cooking. There is a table with 2 chairs.

At the other bottom of the room is a bedroom area furnished with a trundle bed and a cupboard. The trundle bed can be unfolded into a double or an individual bed.

The bathroom is complete with shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. The owner will provide sheets and towels.

The apartment has a TV and a DVD player.
