You are located on the 4th floor of a renovated 19th century building in le Marais, with lift, video intercom and digital access code. You overlook the street and the garden of the Square du Temple which was the medieval seat of the Order of the Knights Templar.
You are next to the famous Enfants Rouges market and the Rue de Bretagne with its restaurants and cafes as well as numerous boutiques, museums and art galleries.
The accommodation of 48 m² recently renovated, has a lounge with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an induction cooker with two burners, a microwave oven, dishwasher, a washer/dryer, etc.
The bedroom has a queen size bed (160X200cm) with duvet and goose down pillows, a television with cable and a DVD player.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a basin. The toilet is separate.
There is also a hi-fi with iPod dock and wireless Internet connection.
