As a Family of seven we found we had plenty of room to spread out. The position was very convient , within walking distance to the Metro and Bato Bus. A supermarket nearby for basics and good foodshops on the Rue Du Rivoli and Rue Rosiers just around the corner.

This was my 7th visit to Paris and have to admit that this was the best place I stayed thus far. Location was just where we expected in the Marais. Easy access to the Metro and lots of cafes, shops around. Courtyard is quaint. The place was really large with plenty of room! The washer/dryer combo is great to have since we pack lightly. Each bedroom (3) had it's own shower/bath tub combo and a sink. There were 2 toilets. One in the upstairs bedroom/bathroom suite and another in the middle hall on the lower level between the other two bedrooms. The stairs leading out one of the bedrooms was tricky if you had to use the toilet at night and would not recommend the lower bedroom level for any elderly travelers. One minor drawback is the low ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. Manager did point it out when we arrived but it did take getting used to after numerous bumped heads. I am over 6 feet tall and the room would be best for a short person. In all, I loved the place. Plenty of room, quiet, cozy and in a great location. It did get cold one night (stayed late November) and could not get the room heaters to work; but I prefer sleeping in a cooler bedroom. Turned the oven on to heat up the kitchen when we got up and that did the trick. Plenty of amenities as described, including wi-fi. All modern conveniences in the kitchen. Did not cook a meal here but you certainly could. This was one of the best values for the price in Paris. Management company was easy to work with. (Feel Paris). I met the property manager at the apartment at the specified time (was able to get into the unit at 3 PM) where I got the keys (only 2 sets) and went over the apartment. I was very pleased in how smooth the process went to check in.

Of the many good things to say about this appartment, the perfect location in the middle of the Marais is probably a highlight. At the same time, it is quiet and private in a secluded back yard. Lot's of space for 6 people to spend the perfect stay in Paris. During our stay, however, the entire building was behind scaffolding and construction work started every morning at 8.30am, during the week. Still, we loved staying there.

The apartment was very spacious and well appointed with enough room for the 8 of us travelling. The location was excellent, in a quiet area and within walking distance to Notre Dame. Local shops were just around the corner and a supermarket was about 7 minutes walk away. Public transport was very accessible, with a metro station very close. I would highly recommend this apartment to other travellers.

Wonderful Family accomodation, perfect location for sightseeing and travelling around Paris. We would love to go back to Paris and would stay there again.

We had a great time at the Triplex Elegance. It is a wonderful location with a metro shop very close. Check in was very efficient and quick. I would highly recommend this property.

I rented the apartment for my husband, myself and 2 other couples for 6 nights in May, 2011. We loved the area, and secret door and couryard leading to the apartment. It was very quiet once inside. The aparment was spacious, with all 3 bedrooms quite seperate, and a spare bed as well. With all the shutters open it was lovely and sunny in the late afternoon after coming home from busy days of exploring, and very easy to pick up something yummy to eat and drink on the way home. Without air conditioning I imagine it could get hot in summer, but this was not a problem in early May. We would happily recommend the apartment to other couples like us travelling with friends, and wanting to experience the feel of Paris and the Marais.

Perfect location. The area is full of wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery, and pastry shops. It is in a safe and secure locked courtyard. The people living around the apartment are friendly and helpful. They invited us to wine and actually helped us with a door that was hard to open twice. We would use this place again for sure. I would tell people to bring there own kleenex, pen and paper, extra towels, and plan to cook some because the apartment has a well equipped kitchen.
