This charming Parisian apartment of 30sq.mt. is located on the 3rd floor without elevator in a secured building in the 7th district. It can accommodate 4 people.

You will be ideally located in the upscale neighborhood of the Invalides and near the famous Saint Germain des Pres district (Latin quarter). A few minutes from the apartment you will be able to admire the most beautiful Parisian monuments as the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Musée Rodin and the Musée d'Orsay. 15 minutes are enough to cross the mythical Seine River, breathe the history that surrounds the Pont Royal (Royal Bridge) and finally enjoy the most beautiful museum in the world, the Louvre Museum. If you come with children, the Jardin du Luxembourg (10 min by foot) will offer them a great playground in the middle of a beautiful green landscape.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms. When you get into the apartment you will find the living room and the open kitchen. There is a sofa bed for 1 person (120cm) and a dining table for 4. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric stove and refrigerator. Iron and ironing board are available.

In the bedroom you will find 1 twin bed for 2 (100cm x 191cm / / 39 "x75") and a full bed for 2 (137cm x 191cm / / 54 "x75"). Flat TV with cable, stereo and Wi-Fi are available.
