This cozy little 269 sq.ft. Parisian apartment is situated on the ground floor of a secure building in the 7th arrondissement, where the apartment VANEAU CHARM 1 and VANEAU CHARM 2 are, which may be interesting for groups.

It is perfect for 2 people but it can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It is ideally located in the chic Invalides quarter and near the famous Saint Germain des Prés district (Latin Quarter). At just a few minutes from the apartment you can admire the most beautiful Parisian monuments as the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Rodin Museum and the Orsay Museum. You are close enough to cross the mythical Seine, breathe the history that surrounds the bridge Pont Royal and finally enjoy the most beautiful museum in the world, the Louvre Museum. If you come with children, the Jardin du Luxembourg (10 min walk) offers them a large playground in the middle of a verdant landscape.
When you enter the apartment you are in the living room. It has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a table with 3 chairs.
