This apartment (studio) for 2 people, completely renovated, it is 28m2 and located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator in the street Breguet. It is located in this quiet one-way street, 5 minutes' walk from Place Bastille and just 10 minutes from the Marais. The apartment is very romantic with exposed beams, a bar covered with wood and a romantic fireplace. The kitchen is fully renovated and well equipped with ceramic stove, microwave / grill, washing machine, large fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee maker . .. etc. A sofa bed for two people is very close to the fireplace. Thanks to a table with two chairs, you will enjoy your breakfasts and dinners while having a look at Paris street life through one of two large windows that made up the apartment.
