The apartments and villas are managed by LocalNomad partners: Hostel groups, real estate agencies and owners.
If you would like to book a property, you will just have to do a booking form online and then pay the reservation fees.

However, here is a short list of general practices that are applied:
Do I have to pay a down-payment to the owner?
Generally, our partners ask for, after the confirmation of LocalNomad, a down-payment on the total amount of your booking (between 15% and 100% of the remaining balance). Each owner has their own cancellation policy, so we kindly ask that you contact our customer service department for further information.
At what time can we arrive (check-in) ?
The check-in times are generally from Monday to Saturday, between 1pm and 8pm. Depending on the owner, these hours can be different.
What happens if I arrive late? If I arrive on a Sunday/bank holiday?
An extra fee may be requested for a late check-in if, after 8pm during the week, on Sunday or during bank holidays and depending on the apartment and the specific conditions of the owner. For further information, please contact our customer service department.
When do we get the keys? How do we check-in?
The check-in details are different depending on each owner, so we kindly ask that you contact our customer service department for further information.
The normal check-out time is between 10am to 11am (depending on the apartments). An extra fee can be requested for an earlier or later check-out. You must request this information from the owner during the check-in.
What are the security deposit conditions?
Before or at the time of check-in at the apartment, you will have to pay the security deposit to the owner in order to safeguard the rental rules and obligations. The payment depends on the owner. If there is no damage in the apartment, the deposit will be refunded on your departure or a few days later. The security deposit amount is indicated in the description of each apartment. This amount can vary, depending on the length of your stay.
Will my holiday rental have bed linen and towels?
Bed linen and towels are generally provided in our holiday apartments at no extra charge. We recommend that you confirm this information directly with the owner before departing for your destination.
Do we have the Internet in our apartment?
As a general rule, our apartments offer high-speed access internet connection.However, we recommend that you check the accommodation description. Please note that in occasional circumstances problems may occur due to network, cabling or hardware incompatibility issues.Should this problem occur, we suggest that you contact the apartment owner directly for further advice.
