The apartment is very comfortable, well laid out, and beautifully decorated. The location is convenient to three Metro stops and for walking to many beautiful sites. Our host was very friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated him phoning to coordinate with our arrival time as we were a bit late getting to the flat where he was waiting for us. The kitchen, bathroom, heating. doorlocks, WiFi, etc. all worked properly. The entry hall and staircase looked a bit war-torn to us Canadians at first, but they have a lot of character and we got used to them. We really enjoyed staying there over the Christmas holiday. The payment arrangements were not that convenient as it all had to be in cash or wired bank transfer - we would have preferred to use a credit card for everything.

Next time in Paris, definitely we will stay at the same apartment. Every thing was amazing! We really enjoy it.

Our stay in Paris was very good. The apartment "Marais Classique 1" was in the center of Paris, very close to the Republique metro station. There is a supermarket just in front. The apartment had everything we need and was perfect for a family of four people; the manager, was very nice and always available.

As described and shown in the pictures. Very professional, helpful, and accommodating property manager. Quiet area but with easy access to 2 metro stations (Temple and Republique) makes things very easy. As a Canadian unaccustomed to older structures, I am enchanted by the exposed wood beams and the winding stairs up to the flat. Just wonderful! (And no worries, the stairs are solid and do no creak) A thoroughly charming experience and a very different one than if I had just booked into a hotel.

(How was your stay?) We were very happy with the apartment. It was clean and well-equiped, the neighborhood was quiet and had lots of convenient services very close (grocery, bakery, cafe); there were two metro stops very close and just down the street was a nice quiet park with a playground which was great for the kids. It was perfectly situated for our family with young children. I rated the comfort "9" instead of "10" because the carpeting was a sort of indoor-outdoor carpet of woven rope and it was rather hard on the feet after a while! Otherwise, the furniture was stylish and comfortable. Our check-in and check-out service was stellar, the manager was prompt and very helpful. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because, we were very happy with the service, especially at the end of our stay when our plans were disrupted by canceled flights (volcano!) and the owner and the manager were helpful and flexible. Even though in the end we did not have to adjust our plans, we really appreciated the concern and helpfulness. So even if we don't use the same apartment again (and we would, we were very happy there!) I would definitely use this company again because of the good organization and attention to our needs.

Excellent apartment, 2 minute walk to Republic Square and metro. Clean and comfortable! Perfect. The street has a few warehouses and not much life at night, but very quiet; perfect for families. (How was your stay?) Good, lots of extra towels, bed linen provided. Clean & neat apartment. (Would you use again our services?) yes, because easy too book, confirmation received as promised; easy to locate apartment! Owner came to greet us at apartment and showed us all the details - courteous.
