Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet appartement et nous confirmons tout ce qui a été écrit de positif par les autres voyageurs avant nous. L'appartement et sa situation sont parfaits et les propriétaires sont accueillants. Par contre, on nous a demandé de n'utiliser la climatisation que pour tempérer la pièce car le bruit peut déranger les voisins. Ce n'est pas toujours évident car il peut faire très chaud dans cet appartement en période de grande chaleur, même la nuit,. Par contre, nous avons constaté que le bruit de la climatisation n'est pas pire que tout autre bruit provenant des escaliers ou de la cour intérieure la nuit. Les bouchons s'avèrent donc utiles. Enfin, le propriétaire ne remet pas de reçu lors des remises en espèces (dépôt et solde dû sur loyer); il est donc préférable d'en apporter avec vous et de les faire compléter sur place si vous y tenez. Nous n'hésiterions pas à réserver à nouveau cet appartement.

Es un apartamento céntrico, soleado y cómodo. Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa en París con muy buen clima. El propietario habla bastante bien español, con lo cual nos entendimos muy bien y ha sido muy amable y puntual con nuestra hora de llegada y salida. El distrito está muy bien y con mucho ambiente. Muy bien comunicado a pie o en metro

(¿Cómo fue su estancia?) Tranquila, comoda, la localizacion del piso era perfecta para conocer Paris caminando. Fue, en sintese, maravillosa. (¿Volvería a usar nuestros servicios?) Sí, porque me siento seguro con la forma como hacen la comunicación, dan las informaciones que se necesita y la pontualidad para recibir es fantastica.

While only a studio apartment, it had a separate kitchen, bathroom and toilet, and for my wife and I, plenty of room for our 7 night stay. It was clean, modern, well catered for and nicely appointed.The apartment was located in a delightful section of the Marais district, with plenty of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, literally on our doorstep. We could walk to most of the sights : Notre Dame , the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, Muse'e Rodin , Muse'e d'Orsay, Jardin du Luxembourg, and if you are feeling energetic, the Arc de Triomphe. Would definitely recommend this apartment and we plan to stay there again next year.

Prior to our arrival, I wrote many emails to the owner and he was so kind to answer all of them. He helped a lot. When we arrived in the apartment the owner was already waiting for us. Apartment was very well cleaned. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped, especially the sheets and towels were very fresh and clean (which I care the most). Everything you'll ever need in a rental are present in the apartment. Apartment is in an beautiful neighborhood, very close to the metro station and the market is just around the corner. Neighborhood is always full of people (which is good) but never hear the noise inside the apartment. We would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend the place.

Charming and remarkably quiet attic studio, one end a conservatory; lovely plants, some well-chosen furniture and creative touches. Large room but not all usable (VERY low roof pitch over the bed end of room - we moved the bed more into the center). Good bathroom and quite well equipped kitchenette. Large round table. Comfortable bed, good linen (though mattress protector a bit grubby). Efficient and friendly check-in and out service (met on site). WiFi effective, good wall TV (but not possible to watch this from sofa.) Interesting art books and some DVDs, CDs. Third floor walk-up not daunting as ceiling heights not grand. Excellent services and shopping, close to metro. (Didn't know this part of the 15th well before, would come again.)

Best place to be! With WiFi! It was nice to live a few days like the Parisian do. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, well decorated and cosy. The surrounding was great, we could walk to the most things we wanted to see. There were nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We enjoyed it a lot and we will certainly come back.

Fantastic apartment, with wonderful hosts. The attention to detail in the apartment was amazing, right down to the cotton pads in the bathroom. The amenities were fantastic as well, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipment, everything I needed to make a yummy dinner of mango duck, roast potatoes and beans. Even though there was no washing machine in the apartment, there is a Laundromat just 100 meters from the apartment. We had a lovely stay and best of all it felt like home. Will definitely stay again, next time we are in Paris.

Excellent location, clean, and roomy, with a good kitchen. The only problem was lack of WiFi. The apartment had ADSL but this could only be used with Ethernet, and, therefore, a laptop/PC. I expect that most people do not take a laptop on vacation, especially if they have an iPhone or iPad. WiFi is necessary, especially on vacation.

Excellent location and a tastefully outfitted apartment perfect for two people. Everything went according to plan, the landlord met us as scheduled at arrival and checkout and there were no unexpected changes. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because very transparent and quality apartment.

Our apartment was in a wonderful area, providing culture, stores, restaurants and safety. We stayed in the Marais district and walked to all the sites in Paris except Versailles, which we took the train. Our apartmet was on the third floor, no lift, but we soon were in shape for the daily trip up the stairs. The owners have a beautiful apartment, very clean and upscaled. The queen size bed was comfortable and we always had pleanty of hot water for our showers.The neighborhood is quiet at night and there was a portable air conditioner for our comfort. When we arrived June 19, 2010 it was cool and cloudy about 58 degrees. But a couple of days later, the hot weather appeared. High 80's to low 90s, very unusual for Paris during June. Can't wait to go back to Paris! (How was your stay?) Wonderful, enjoyed every minute of our trip. Everything went smoothly, locastion was convenient and the cost was reasonable.

We were absolutely delighted with our choice of apartment for our 10 day holiday in Paris. Not only is Le Marais a great area and location in its own right, but it is a perfect base from which to explore the many other attractions of Paris such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc by foot. The quality of the apartment made it a real pleasure to come back to after a long day walking the streets exploring Paris. It has a fabulous kitchen (which we used on a couple of evenings to cook meals using the fresh produce we had bought at the fabulous nearby open air market at Bastille), and was very clean and tastefully decorated. The windows overlook a lovely internal courtyard, so it is nice and quiet, and the south facing windows allow the sunshine to stream in. We had wondered if it would be big enough for us but it ended up being a perfect size for us as a couple. All in all it exceeded our expectations - i.e. it is even better than the photos show! The owners not only really care about the presentation and quality of their apartment, they also went above and beyond normal expectations to assist us. If and when we are lucky enough to get back to Paris again, we hope that their apartment will be available for us to book. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
