Mi unica observación es que debería tener mayor cuidado con respecto a la limpieza. había detalles de falta de la misma, el jabón usado aún permanecía en la vivienda. quizás no hubo tiempo para más dedicación y cuidado. Lo demás, absolutamente recomendable.

El piso estaba bien equipado, pero la calefacción del salón no funcionaba (enero en París, es inprescindible contar con calefacción!) y la televisión tenía una interferencia en el audio que no se podía ver ningún canal, es decir, que encendia pero no funcionaba bien. La limpieza prácticamente no se apreciaba, había algún papel tirado por el suelo (envoltorio de snaks), dentro del microndas había un plato de comida de no sé cuándo porque olía a podrido, la limpieza del baño era muy básica, etc. Además en la cocina había mucho olor a podrido, no sé si de las cloacas o de restos de basura que había.

(¿Cómo fue su estancia?) Muy agradable, el piso tenia lo necesario para facilitarnos las estancia. Hemos quedado encantadas, de hecho, en julio de 2011 vamos a nueva york, y no dudamos que volveremos a alquilar uno de los apartamentos que ofertan en su web feelnyc.

Perfect place to stay when you visit Paris. Nearby the metro station where three different metro's lines arrives. The appartement is not very big, but everything is there. When you are with 2 or 4 adult or with 3 little kids like us there is space enough. The owner was very kind and everything was clean.

I loved my stay here at the Sebastopol apartment! Although my French is not very good, and owner's English is a bit better than my French, the owner was was one of the nicest, most helpful people that I have met in all of my international travels. This was my first time renting an apartment for a short-term stay, and although I was a bit nervous, everything could not have gone more smoothly from the initial conversation with FeelParis to meeting the owner to the checkout. One of the best thing about the apartment was how exceptionally quiet it was at night (truly hard to find in Paris!). There were supermarkets nearby for getting daily items, the metro a 2 minutes walk away, a double security entrance, a lift to the top floor of the building, very fast internet, and a really diverse interesting neighborhood to explore. Fantastic! I would not hesitate to rent here again when I return to Paris!

Small apartment, but within all needs. Decorations of this place are simple,warm,and full of european style. We had wonderful time in this place. The location for visit Paris also perfect,the metro station"Strasbourg Saint-Denis" has connect least 3 different important lines in Paris, so it's very convenient to go to the most of hot spots.And because of those equipments, you can cook,wash cloths in the stay,like a real home.I would like to stay here if I come to Paris again

The house is great for up to 5. Small appartment with everything you will need. Very well designed. 1 minute from grocery stores and metro of no less than 3 lines!! The building is well secured with 2 doors with codes. on high and quiet floor with a small elevator. The owner is one of the nicest person I ever met !! I expected a "typical owner" and found a wonderful person who did WAY more than he was expected to do in order to make me and my family to feel comfortable. I recommend the OWNER, and this apartment

Four young women who stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in July. Apartment is in a great location as it is easy to walk to some of the main sights or a metro station is just around the corner. We would highly recommend this property to others.

The apartment is fully equipped and very near to the metro station, 30sec. The North and East train station is in a walkable distance, around 15mins. It's ideal if you have some one-day travel in your trip. There are 2-3 nice restaurant & Bar nearby, nothing to shop around but 2 supermarkets for essential goods. In general, I pretty enjoy my stay in Paris.

Perfect location to visit the town and to stay! It has been very nice to stay here, very comfortable and at reasonable price. We were three and it has been perfect! In the apartment there are two more beds but I think that more than 4 adult people is a little bit skimpy.. if you have children is different.

This property was very well presented for the price. The apartment was very quiet and secure and had supermarkets nearby for breakfast. Bruno (and his son) were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to drop our bags off at their house rather than carrying them round all day after we checked out. I would recomend this apartment to anyone and would stay there again if/when I visit Paris in the future.

We loved the location of this apartment - in a lively area, close enough to walk from Gare du Nord and then into the centre of Paris, but amazingly quiet inside. Every sleeping arrangement possible from 2 doubles to 4 singles. Our first holiday with wi-fi worked well for our teenager. The owner made sure we were welcomed properly and we were able to leave at our convenience.

The apartment was as advertised and presented in the pictures. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped (including sugar, salt, oil, washing powder), there was also a selection of DVDs and books. Good position, close to the subway station, would stay there again.
