Excellent, trés bien placé avec un grand nombre de restaurants aux alentours. Rue très animée le doir, mais appartement silencieux car donnant sur une cour intérieure. ... à l'exception d'un petit chien voisin qui aboyait de bon matin... mais jamais très longtemps. Tout a fonctionné sans problème. Un bémol. Il faudrait préciser clairement que le code permettant l'accès à la WIFI doit être composé en lettres minuscules... ce n'est pas très clair.

Location was excellent right behind Pompidou. Shops and cafes are everywhere. The apt is quite a good size, living room is downs staris with small kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is upstairs but be careful of the very steep stairs to get up there. The kitchen is small but that's Paris, it had a microwave, fridge and stove to cook on. Free wifi which is good tv and stereo. Plenty of towels and the apt had a washing machine. The apt manager is very nice she made us feel very welcome. Would I stay here again? 100% yes!!

The email correspondence prior to our visit was fine, our questions were always answered quickly. The house is located perfectly to explore Paris. There is a lot to see/do even in the close surrounding of the apartment. Although the apartment was in the middle of the city, it was absolutely calm. The woman who greeted us at the appartment (check-in) and the woman who handled the check-out were nice. The apartment had everything we needed: a couch, a kitchen, tv, a table where we could eat, dishes. We broke one glass (no premium quality) for which we had to pay 5 € from our deposit which, I guess, was more or less fair. Regarding the comfort, he bed wasn't too bad, however my impression was that the mattress of the bed could be replaced by a new, more comfortable. A friend slept one night at the couch which was fine. The cleanliness could be improved as well. The lady who takes care of this asked us to put our bedsheets in the washing maschine and start the washing maschine on the day of departure, so when we check out she would not have to do it and it would save her time. I could understand her, because she had maybe only two hours to clean the whole apartment until the next customers wished to enter the apartment. (I guess it is a dilemma to take enough time to clean and to let the new customers in before late afternoon). This also meant that when we arrived we had wet towels and sheets hanging in the apartment which we had to fold and put in the closet once everything was dry. There was one extra toilet paper roll; I don't know if we would have had to pay this by ourselves if we had run out of it. All in all, the apartment looked pretty much used. Giving more attention to cleaning could probably improve that "used" impression. If this was the only apartment in the centre of Paris that has a reasonable price, I would probably book it again and bring my own towels and dishcloth the next time. Otherwise, I would give it a try and book another one in the hope that it is a bit cleaner and more comfortable.

Our staying was really fabulous! The apartment was clean, cosy and authentic! The location was great. We were going to wander over Marais and Montparnasse, and it was easy to do. A lot of sight seeings were just 5-10 minutes walk. And, of course, we liked being in the heart of Paris everyday life.

We stayed at this apartment while we were in Paris for me to run the Paris Marathon. The apartment was small but very clean and comfortable, with everything we could need including a washing machine for my running kit! We would definitely stay again.

The place was lovely and quaint. Very Parisian. It was a more local area of Paris so not as tourist accessible and many small streets which at night, would feel uncomfortable. Once we got used to the place, it felt safer however. The usual person was away when we needed to check-out so someone else was coming to do it. I'd emailed during the week saying we needed an early check-out which was confirmed. However she forgot and had to meet us at the station because we'd have missed our train otherwise. An unfortunate black mark on an otherwise lovely stay. The owner was accessible during the week of we ever had an questions as well, which was nice. I would recommend this to someone who wants a very 'real and authentic' stay in Paris.

A perfect self-contained property in a great area of Paris. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and the owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully kept little hideaway in the heart of the Marais, everything close by but quiet. Very comfortable; a real bed, working washing machine in a proper bathroom, tiny but adequate kitchen. If we return to Paris we will stay here again.

Cosy Pompidou was perfect for a short break in Paris, located very close to the Centre Georges Pompidou, with easy access to numerous Metro stations, and the convenient Velib bike rentals. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, including fast wifi and satellite television. The kitchen is small, but functional. The bathroom is clean, although the shelf about the shower doesn't help if you are a tall person! The loft/mezanine bedroom is indeed cozy and comfortable. One downside is the paper thin walls (common with such old buildings in Paris), so we could hear other people walking and talking. This was only a minor concern though. Laurence made our check-in and check-out very convenient, even giving us extra time on our last day. Merci!

An amazing location behind the Georges Pompidou Centre, yet very private and quiet with an inner courtyard. Lovely decor and amenities. The agent was most efficient and pleasant. Great local shops and bakeries.

Cosy Pompidou is in a good location, just round the corner from the Pompidou centre and only 10-15 minutes walk from Notre Dame. The apartment is comfortable and there are shops nearby for supplies and plenty of restaurants. Much better than staying in a hotel!! (How was your stay?) We found the best way to see the sights was to use the river, via Batobus which is excellent value for money. Make sure you see the Tower at night when it twinkles for 5 minutes every hour, it's spectacular! (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because efficient booking service, very friendly representative, good location and value for money.
