Tres belles prestations (matériaux, mobilier, déco) pour ce magnifique studio tres bien situé entre Le louvre, l''Opéra, le Palais Royal, Rue Saint Honoré ... Emplacement idéal et bien desservi par les transports ... Rue tres calme, immeuble agreable avec la galerie Vivienne aux pieds ... L''annonce correspond parfaitement au bien annoncé et lorsque nous y sommes, le charme du studio opère encore plus ... le propriétaire, est tres sympathique et disponible avant et pendant le sejour. On se sent de suite chez soi. N''hésitez pas a le louer !!!

Je recommanderai volontiers cet appartement à un ami et j’y compte revenir. Il est dans un bel immeuble, bien entretenu, très propre et très bien agencé pour ses dimensions. De plus, le propriétaire est très serviable et cordial. Le quartier est idéal pour se promener à Paris et explorer des petits restaurants de quartier et des jolis magasins.

La réalité est en parfaite adéquation aux photos. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout y est ! Le confort et la propreté de l’appartement, la proximité des monuments, des lieux de culture, des grands boulevards et des grands magasins. Proche métro et bus. Une location à recommander sans restriction aux couples jeunes et moins jeunes. Super appartement à conseiller aux amis. Accueil très courtois et sympathique par le propriétaire. Adresse à retenir pour notre prochain séjour.

This apartment was the most comfortable and best appointed that we experienced in a month of traveling in Italy and France. We stayed for a week and found that it had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and double-glazing made for a very quiet space for a great sleep every night! The location is very central, close to the centre of Paris, the Louvre, Jardin du Palais Royal and Notre Dame, yet we felt as though we were surrounded by Parisians rather than lots of other tourists. The building was peaceful and secure and there was also great shopping nearby. Highly recommended - and try Bistrot Vivienne just around the corner - great food, excellent service, and happily accommodated gluten free. Enjoy!

My wife and I stayed here with our 7 month old for 9 nights in October. The apartment is well located in the center of Paris. There is plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the flat is a 5 minute walk to the Louvre. The location was also quiet at night and in a safe area. The owner was very organized and reliable. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and got us settled in quickly. He was also reachable by phone when we needed to contact him. The flat itself was clean and well equipped - small fridge, coffee maker, washing machine etc. For a studio apartment the flat was quite large, with a comfortable bed, and pullout couch and there was plenty of room for our baby crib. We would highly recommend a nearby coffee shop called Telescope for a coffee in the morning and the Grand Colbert (just 2 minutes away) is a great choice for dinner as long as you make reservations well in advance. Overall I would highly recommend this flat

Very nice and beautiful apartment! We had a great time there, and totally fell in love with this amazing city! The flat is clean, comfortable and same as the picture shown on the website. We sleep really well every night. The location is very nice as well. It locates right in the center of Paris, and is pretty close to the metro station. Couldn\'t have been better!. Accueil propriétaire : The owner was kind and patient. He helped us with all of the stuff in Paris, included trip advise and daily things. We felt very welcomed and warm. Looking forward to visiting again!

A wonderful apartment in a great location. Everything is very accessible from here and you can walk to most places - just behind the Palais Royale and below La Bourse and minutes away from the Louvre - lots of great restaurants and shops in case you need a little retail therapy. The apartment is very well equipped and very quite with a comfortable bed, internet and sat TV. Highly recommend Le Grand Colbert just around the corner - great lunch. The owner, Vincent, is also very helpful and quick to respond to our enquiry. Loved it so much we have rebooked for next year - enjoy.

AMAZING apartment, sensational location, we were near everything and there were wonderful cafes all around and great eateries just down the road. We would be back here in a heartbeat. The room and facilities were modern, the complex so Parisian, the bed so comfortable, honestly we cant say enough good things about this place, we just enjoyed our experience so much. The owner was wonderful, so easy to deal with! We'd been to hotels in Paris before but this provided us with a great experience it's 10times better...

El departamento se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. Muy bien su equipamiento y todos con buen funcionamiento. Parece todo hecho a nuevo, casi a estrenar. Buen caudal de agua caliente y buena descarga de agua tanto en la bañera como en el inodoro. Buena ubicacion geografica. El apartamento es tal cual muestran las fotos!!
