Great location, once again, strategic location!! Very good amenities, clean, in perfect order, free wi-fi. Of course very nice. A must! BUT... You have to be more precise than it is usually necessary with the owner. In fact, you have to tell him exactly the hour you expect to check in (even if he doesn't ask you!) because he will take the initiative to schedule a check in time without telling you. And if you are not there by the time, he will charge you for being late. This guy is not a good communicator so be aware of it and be more precise with him than you would do with most people. And if you challenge him on his initiatives, he will be probably completely close as he was with me. By chance, his apartment is very good!

Feliz les comento que el studio en la rue Richelieu, nos encanto, nos acomodamos muy bien y cumplio con todas nuestras espectativas. Lo mejor, su ubicacion, muy cerca de la Opera!!!! De le Marais etc.... Lo unico que les sugeriria , es que le pusiersn otra luz a la pieza- living. Mil gracias por la confianza que nos tuvieron Mil gracias

Location is very good. The double bed was comfortable. The apartment was quiet despite its closeness to rue de Richilieu, which has a lot of traffic. Because of the sloping roof one cannot really stand in the shower (unless one is quite small). The single bed is quite narrow. The apartment is not really suitable for 3 adults. Check-in and check-out were fine.

Muy pequeña, pero con todo el equipamiento necesario y una excelente ubicación. Estuvimos muy bien. En una parte del apartamento las paredes estaban un poco desprolijas por falta de pintura pero entraban a reparar al salir nosotros.

Es un apartaento es pequeño, pero tiene de todo lo necesario para la estancia en París. Solamente que la ducha tiene el techo un poco bajo, y si mides 1.80 m. hay que ducharse encorvado. La ubicación es estupenda.

Very attractive location! Good price/value relationship. Very helpful/nice landlords. Good communication throughout whole period from the beginning to end. Small an effective, quiet apartment. Positive suprised by free Wireless.. My recommendations!

Sin duda, voleré a utilizar la agencia cuando tenga que viajar a alguna de las ciudades en las que presta servicio... tengo que reconocer que no confiaba mucho porque no habia visto comentarios en internet escepto los de su propia pagina, pero al llegar alli se aclaró todo. (¿Cómo fue su estancia?) Muy agradable, el apartamento era tal y como lo habia imaginado. (¿Volvería a usar nuestros servicios?) Sí, porque creo que es una solucion muy interesante para vacaciones con familia.

Estimado grupo FEELPARIS!! Reservé a través de ustedes un apartamento para pasar unos días en Paris, en el Rue de Richelieu cuyo propietario se llama Christophe, y quería dejar constancia de que la estancia ha sido increible; todo salio fenomenal, el apartamento impecable con una ubicación inmejorable y la amabilidad y trato tanto por su parte como por la del propietario, inigualable. Me gustaría que eso se reflejara en el anuncio del apartamento para que la gente que piense reservarlo lo sepa.
